La rencontre en novembre 2008 entre Didier Huot musicien et responsable musical à l’Opéra de Marseille, passionné de Jazz Big Band et Christian Ortolé concepteur coordinateur de projets culturels et Directeur Artistique du MARGOSE Festival a été décisive. Le Marseille Provence Opéra Big Band est né. Il se compose du personnel de l’Orchestre de l’Opéra de Marseille, d’intermittents de spectacle, de professeurs et d’élèves primés du conservatoire et d’écoles de musiques, d’intervenants amateurs et professionnels passionnés, d’artistes de renommée internationale venus d’ici et d’ailleurs pour mieux vivre ensemble la poésie de Charles Baudelaire, Aimé Césaire, Jacques Yves Cousteau, Claude Nougaro, et bien d’autres.Hide
En musique et en images, cette première représentation en soutien au programme MARGOSE Festival revisitera les plus belles œuvres du répertoire de Claude Nougaro, rappellera son amour pour la poésie et le métissage.
Le voilier MARGOSE accostera donc le 6 juin 2009 à l’Opéra de Marseille avec à son bord son prestigieux Ambassadeur international francophone chanteur multi instrumentaliste, Monsieur David LINX.
D’autres escales sont prévues notamment fin 2009 à Rio pour célébrer la France au Brésil et jusqu’en 2013 dans les principales Capitales et Villes des Cinq Continents pour promouvoir Marseille Provence Capitale Européenne de la Culture…

Is it difficult to order an e-ticket?
The process of ordering an e-ticket is very easy. After choosing your tickets for an event, you can either create a digitick account or use your existing data if you already have one. You will have to mention a name on each ticket on the following stage. After the naming step you will be able to pay your tickets by credit card or with Paypal. You can now print your tickets or download them on your mobile phone if the option is available for the event. We inform you that on mobile telephones other than Smartphone type, it is possible to download only one ticket.
What is the cart?
All the tickets you order are to be found in your cart. Adding them to your cart allows you to remember your choices. You can order tickets for different events in just one transaction. Each of you will have his own ticket. Please note that if you add tickets to your cart and that you leave the current page and come back on it later, the cart will still contain the tickets chosen formerly. For each fare you find a mention of how many tickets are already in your cart. If you choose more tickets, they will be added to the former ones. To delete a ticket from your basket click on “delete” on the cart. Do not forget to check your cart before you confirm your payment.
How can I know the type of seating arrangement?
Digitick is in charge of different types of seating arrangements (seating, standing, numbered, free seating arrangement …) according to the events and will of the organizers. The type of seating arrangement appears in the type of fare. In the case of numbered seating arrangement a map is available by clicking onto the link “see seating chart” above the fares. The number of the seat that you are going to book appears in your cart. On an ever increasing number of concert halls and stadiums, you can see your place and choose your seat on a 3D map with digitick in order to meet your expectations as well as possible. The booking might be done through an external reservation system; in that case digitick may not be able to show the number of the seat chosen before you actually add it to your cart.
Why subscribe to cancellation insurance?
Once your order is confirmed, the tickets are not changeable and cannot be refunded either. Digitick allows you to subscribe to an insurance in case you can no longer go to the event: The price of the tickets will be refunded (see <a href="http://www.digitick.com/index-css4-digitick-pg3351.html" target="_blank" >general conditions</a>). You will have to choose to have the insurance or not by ticking the yes or no box so as to insure you are aware of this possibility.
What’s the use of the button « Purchase »?
If you do not wish to buy any other ticket than the one you already have in your cart, click on this button so as to get access to the following purchasing stages. It is the same process as if you added more tickets to your cart and clicked onto “Order”.
