If you have already bought a e-ticket on digitick.com or on the website of one of our partner organizers whose ticketing has been set up by digitick (for instance: La Cigale, Parc Astérix, RMN…) you already have a digitick account. If you have never ordered tickets on our reservation system, please go to the “New digitick customer” section. Your mobile number will also be your ID. Please also choose a password between 8 and 20 digits.

Click onto the link “Lost your password ?” on the new opening page, enter your mobile phone number, choose your country in the country menu and then click on “confirm”. New textboxes will appear. You will immediately receive a message on your mobile phone with the modification password which will need to be mentioned in the textbox on your screen. Choose your new password (between 8 and 20 digits) and then confirm.

If you choose the e-ticket, you will be able to print your ticket and invoice or download your ticket on your mobile phone if the option is available (It will depend on the Access Control equipment available on the event) once your order is completed. We inform you that on mobile telephones other than Smartphone type, it is possible to download only one ticket. If you choose registered mail, the tickets will be printed in black and white and will be sent to you by post along with the invoice. You might find more options to obtain your tickets according to the type of event and ticket, and also depending on the will of the organizer.

Handling costs cover bank, postage fees and eventually the cost of access control equipment of the e-tickets.
